- Drive strategic sourcing, negotiation, and vendor management initiatives across LendingClub

- Ensure vendor engagements deliver measurable value, reduce risk, and support long-term business growth

Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or vendor management
- Proven success leading complex sourcing initiatives and cross-functional negotiations within regulated industries
- Bachelor’s degree or professional certification (CPSM, CSCP, CPM) strongly preferred; or equivalent work experience
- Exceptional communication, influencing, and executive presentation skills
- Strong project management skills
- Deep understanding of supplier risk management, contracting principles, and procurement analytics
- Familiarity with federal regulations impacting financial services
