Responsibilities
Contribute to system architecture design, requirements development, integration planning, and configuration management
Provide engineering expertise across the full system lifecycle—from concept and design through deployment and sustainment
Collaborate with Customer and contractor stakeholders to ensure interoperability, scalability, and mission alignment
Assess and recommend tools, methodologies, and processes to enhance system development and integration
Develop and maintain technical documentation, including interface control documents (ICDs) and engineering reports
Participate in technical reviews, readiness assessments, and milestone events
Analyze system performance and propose optimization strategies
Requirements
U.S. citizenship (required by contract)
Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related field with 4–8 years of relevant experience, or a Master’s degree with 2–6 years of experience
Strong understanding of systems engineering principles, including requirements management, integration and test, and configuration control
Familiarity with Model‑Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) tools and methodologies (e.g., Cameo, SysML)
Experience working within DoD or Intelligence Community environments
Proficiency with Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence), Microsoft Office Suite, and collaboration platforms
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
