- Identify, remove, and escalate scams, phishing attempts, impersonation, and malicious activity

- Respond to basic product and gameplay questions, directing users to official resources
- Monitor conversations to identify emerging risks, sentiment trends, or recurring issues and escalate them to the Community Manager
Requirements
- Strong familiarity with Discord and Telegram moderation tools
- Understanding of Web3, blockchain-enabled platforms, or crypto-adjacent online communities
- Calm, professional, and confident communication style, especially during high-traffic or sensitive situations
- Availability to work assigned shifts across specific time zones
