Responsibilities
- Maintaining accurate matter information on our internal systems, including document management, time recording and AML checks;
- Precedent maintenance and other administrative tasks for the leasing practice group;
- Deal monitoring activities including regular communication with clients, landlord solicitors and other parties to progress lease deals, manage diaries, schedule meetings, coordinate document execution and distribution electronically and by post.
- Managing completion processes, including exchange of contracts and completion statements, SDLT calculations, coordinating searches, Land Registry applications and post-completion requirements.
