About the role

Responsibilities
- Contribute to the ongoing development of our product strategy and the implementation of our product roadmap
- Create, prioritize and maintain user stories, product backlogs and release plans
- Analyze customer needs as well as market and competitive trends to further develop our platform
- Support the definition and monitoring of relevant product KPIs
- Work closely with Engineering, Partner Management and other stakeholders to successfully implement product features
- Actively participate in product discovery processes to understand user problems and validate solutions
Requirements
- Fluent German (C2) and good English skills
- Degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration or a comparable qualification
- Entry-level to several years of professional experience (approx. 3–5 years) in product management or a similar role
- Experience in developing and enhancing software products in agile work environments (e.g., Scrum or Kanban)
- Experience working with CRM systems and a solid understanding of data-driven product decisions
- Basic knowledge of SQL or an interest in data-driven analysis is preferred
- Understanding of product discovery methods and user-centered product development
