Responsibilities
We're hiring two Junior DevOps Engineers to support multiple development teams across our AWS environment.
You’ll work on a broad range of tasks, from managing access and permissions, maintaining and troubleshooting AWS infrastructure, through to supporting the delivery of applications and services that run across multiple AWS services, accounts, and regions.
You’ll gain hands-on experience working at real scale, with exposure to a wide range of AWS services and modern DevOps practices.
Supported by close collaboration with our senior engineers and a strong partnership with AWS Enterprise Support, this role offers a genuine opportunity to learn quickly, take on real responsibility, and build a solid foundation for a DevOps career.

Be the first response to Production incidents during business hours, escalating when needed.
Be involved with DevOps team projects to improve existing architecture, enhance security and meet best practices.
Create and maintain documentation of internal processes.
Be part of the on-call rotation for service outages outside business hours (approximately 1 week in every 10).
Requirements
Experience in a technical role (e.g. Software Development, IT Support), or a Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline
Exposure to scripting or automation using Python, PowerShell, and/or Bash (Python preferred)
An AWS certification (Cloud Practitioner or Associate level preferred)
Foundational knowledge of core AWS services such as ECS, EC2, S3, VPC, IAM, Route 53, and CloudFormation
Strong problem-solving skills with an interest in troubleshooting and root-cause analysis
Clear communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
A willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies, tools, and ways of working.
