Marketing & Events Manager growing the LEAP First membership globally and planning engaging events for members. Collaborating with internal teams to deliver meaningful experiences and drive member engagement.
Responsibilities
Lead initiatives to grow LEAP First membership globally
Develop and run campaigns focused on attracting new members
Identify partnerships and opportunities to expand the program
Use targeted email marketing and content to drive acquisition
Deliver marketing campaigns across email and partner channels
Collaborate with internal teams to plan and optimize campaigns
Track performance and adjust strategies to maximize growth
Produce member newsletters and communications
Run surveys and feedback programs
Support initiatives that strengthen member engagement
Monitor engagement metrics and continuously improve the program
Plan and deliver webinars, seminars and networking events
Coordinate events across multiple global regions
Travel to host key LEAP First events when required
Ensure events deliver strong member value and engagement
Manage campaigns using Marketing Cloud for email and automation
Evaluate and implement event platforms where needed
Requirements
Experience in growth marketing, events, or community marketing
Proven ability to run campaigns that drive measurable growth
Experience organising webinars, seminars, or industry events
Strong project management and organisational skills
Experience using CRM and marketing automation platforms
