Responsibilities
- Edit and repurpose partner-branded content for broader distribution and specific marketing objectives.
- Contribute to the ideation, development, and production of new video content alongside partners and talent.
- Independently produce engaging video using owned and partner assets (talent, IP, NIL, events, etc.).
- Maintain brand consistency, tone, and quality across a range of platforms and content formats.
- Support additional creative and content initiatives as needed.
- Participate in creative meetings with internal and external teams to align on strategy, goals, timelines, and workflows.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure clear communication between creative teams and key stakeholders.
- Use digital asset management systems to organize, deliver, and archive content.
Requirements
- Experience in sports and/or sports betting/gaming preferred, but not required.
- Deep familiarity with the native capabilities of YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, X, and TikTok.
- Experience working directly with media talent is a plus.
- Proficiency with a range of content management, editing, and production tools.
- A self-starter who collaborates well and is comfortable taking direction from multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to provide clear, concise updates to partners and internal teams.
- A track record of performing well under pressure in fast-moving environments.
- 3–5 years of experience at a creative agency, media company, or in-house marketing team.
