About the role

• Analista Jurídico Avançado at LBCA handling civil and labor process documentation and support. Supporting internal teams and maintaining legal case records and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit dossiers for civil and labor cases;
• Carry out enforcement of judgments and injunctions;
• Provide support to the client's internal teams, ensuring timeliness and accuracy of information;
• Monitor and respond to internal emails and routine communications;
• Keep case records and process tracking up to date in legal systems and tracking spreadsheets;
• Support partner law firms with ongoing legal matters;

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B.) without active Bar registration (Required).
• Organized: Responsible for handling data for a large volume of cases;
• Detail-oriented: Meticulous attention to information received and entered into the system;
• Proactive: Ability to take initiative to resolve routine issues;
• Responsible and committed: Treats tasks with seriousness and reliability;
• Ability to handle volume and pressure: Organized and composed under intense workloads;
