About the role

Responsibilities
- Support for user onboarding and first-level support
- Assistance with patch status reports and operating system updates
- Support in monitoring, expansion and operation of IT systems
- Maintenance and updating of the IT asset register
- Support with user account creation and modifications
- Participation in device preparation and configuration (Intune & MDM)
- Monitoring software distribution and updates
- Pre-qualification/triage of tickets and maintenance of documentation
- Support in maintaining and developing the knowledge base in Confluence
Requirements
- You are enrolled in an IT-related degree program (e.g., Computer Science, Business Informatics, IT Systems Management)
- You are interested in IT systems, support processes and IT administration; initial practical experience is a plus
- You work carefully, in a structured way and enjoy working in a team
- You have a confident presence and communicate reliably
- Good written and spoken German and English
- You enjoy learning new topics and helping to shape processes
