About the role

Responsibilities
- Coordination of corporate secretarial work across a range of jurisdictions and time zones worldwide
- Ensuring clients’ legal entities are compliant with local corporate secretarial obligations
- Monitoring compliance deadlines, reviewing processes, and guiding clients
- Management of a number of clients, being a central point of contact
- Reviewing work performed by international network firms
- Contributing to revenue through ensuring that invoices are issued accurately and on time
- Carry out regular update calls with clients to review progress
- Assist with setting up of new clients and engaging local legal teams
- Responsible for ensuring clients’ databases are up to date
- Maintaining internal systems
- Escalating issues/concerns raised by clients and international network firms
