Responsibilities
Coordination of corporate secretarial work across a range of jurisdictions and time zones worldwide
Ensuring clients’ legal entities are compliant with local corporate secretarial obligations
Monitoring compliance deadlines, reviewing processes, and guiding clients
Management of a number of clients, being a central point of contact
Reviewing work performed by international network firms
Contributing to revenue through ensuring that invoices are issued accurately and on time
Carry out regular update calls with clients to review progress
Assist with setting up of new clients and engaging local legal teams
Responsible for ensuring clients’ databases are up to date
Maintaining internal systems
Escalating issues/concerns raised by clients and international network firms
Requirements
