Responsibilities
Provide support to our business customers through ticket handling and daily IT support.
Analyze and resolve incidents that go beyond 1st-level support — from log file analysis to more in-depth system checks.
Manage and maintain user accounts, clients, and hardware within customer systems.
Contribute to IT projects such as rollouts, server and client installations, and backup or security solutions.
Document solutions and actively participate in building our internal knowledge base.
Work closely with your team to sustainably eliminate recurring issues and continuously improve our customers' IT environments.
Requirements
Completed vocational training in the IT field (e.g., IT specialist for system integration) or comparable practical experience.
Experience in IT support with Windows clients (10/11) and basic knowledge of software deployment.
Knowledge of Microsoft Intune or SCCM is a plus but not required — we will support you in developing your skills.
Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style with attention to detail.
Very good German language skills and solid English skills for everyday IT tasks.
