About the role

Responsibilities
- Lead AI-powered translation and integrations at scale
- Play an instrumental role enabling LanguageWire’s new positioning and promise of delivering intelligent solutions that connect, scale, and adapt to enterprise customers’ needs
- Lead Product Management for AI Translations and Integrations at LanguageWire
- Your scope covers Machine Translation, AI Quality Estimation, LLM- and agentic-AI solutions, APIs, connectors, and enterprise integrations
- Help shape product vision and strategy – and ensure it turns into clear priorities, roadmaps, and measurable customer and business outcomes
- Lead and coach skilled Product Managers, while staying close to discovery, prioritisation, roadmap planning, and delivery in your domains
- Report to the VP of Product & Strategy and be part of the Product & Strategy leadership team
- Act as a senior product voice across the organisation, aligning stakeholders around strategy, priorities, and measurable impact
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, including senior leadership roles
- Proven experience owning AI-driven products, ideally within MT, Language AI, or similar domains
- Strong understanding of LLMs, MT systems, AI Quality Estimation, and agentic AI concepts
- Experience APIs, connectors, developer platforms, or bespoke enterprise integrations
- Demonstrated ability to define product vision, strategy, and roadmaps grounded in customer and market insights
- Deep knowledge of product discovery, prioritisation, and roadmap ownership
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead through change
- Comfort working both strategically and hands-on in complex environments
