Serve as a subject matter expert in compliance learning, supporting risk mitigation and regulatory alignment.
Build strong relationships with senior HR leaders, business executives, and external partners to define program goals and success metrics.
Influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive adoption, engagement, and alignment with learning initiatives.
Establish and maintain program governance, documentation, and reporting frameworks.
Monitor program performance using advanced analytics and KPIs, driving data-informed decisions and continuous improvement.
Lead budget planning, vendor management, and resource allocation for strategic programs.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Education, Business, or related field
8 or more years of progressive experience in program/project management, learning and development, or talent management.
Demonstrated success leading complex, enterprise-wide learning programs with measurable business impact, specifically in the executive level.
Deep knowledge of instructional design, adult learning theory, and compliance learning frameworks.
Experienced in developing competency-based learning solutions for frontline and middle leader populations.
Certification in project/program management (e.g., PMP, PgMP) or learning design (e.g., CPLP, ATD).
Experience leading cross-functional teams and mentoring/leading other program managers.
Experience in managing enterprise-wide mentoring programming.
