- Influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive adoption, engagement, and alignment with learning initiatives.
- Establish and maintain program governance, documentation, and reporting frameworks.
- Monitor program performance using advanced analytics and KPIs, driving data-informed decisions and continuous improvement.
- Lead budget planning, vendor management, and resource allocation for strategic programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Education, Business, or related field
- 8 or more years of progressive experience in program/project management, learning and development, or talent management.
- Demonstrated success leading complex, enterprise-wide learning programs with measurable business impact, specifically in the executive level.
- Deep knowledge of instructional design, adult learning theory, and compliance learning frameworks.
- Experienced in developing competency-based learning solutions for frontline and middle leader populations.
- Certification in project/program management (e.g., PMP, PgMP) or learning design (e.g., CPLP, ATD).
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and mentoring/leading other program managers.
- Experience in managing enterprise-wide mentoring programming.
