About the role
- Global Key User Finance & Intercompany Processes at KWS Group ensuring implementation of Finance processes in SAP S/4HANA. Collaborating with global teams for data stability and standards.
Responsibilities
- Act as the global process and module owner for Finance and Intercompany processes
- Translate finance business needs into clear, implementable requirements
- Drive timely implementation through IT service partners
- Coordinate, define, and approve change requests for function-specific applications
- Train and support all finance key users
- Prioritize and direct initiatives; coordinate backlog and sprint planning, unit & integration testing, and go-live activities
- Document and harmonize finance and intercompany processes and their IT implementation
Requirements
- Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, or a comparable field
- Several years of experience in an IT environment, particularly in user training and software implementations
- Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance (FI) and proven experience in Intercompany Accounting
- Hands-on experience with FI data migration and reconciliation
- Solid project management background, with experience in Jira sprint planning and agile delivery models
- Strong skills in test management and coordination of User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Excellent process modeling and documentation skills
- Strong collaboration and communication skills across global, cross-functional teams
- Well organized, able to set priorities effectively, and comfortable working independently
- Hands-on mentality with a structured, solution-oriented approach
- Fluent written and spoken English; German is a plus
