About the role
- Analista Compliance overseeing ethics and privacy compliance activities at Kumon. Ensuring adherence to legal regulations and internal policies in a multinational education organization.
Responsibilities
- Monitor pending items and manage the calendar for the Ethics and Integrity Committee;
- Monitor and register crisis situations; prepare minutes, track pending items, and maintain records and reports for the Privacy and Personal Data Committee;
- Respond to inquiries regarding Personal Data;
- Monitor the ANPD (Brazilian Data Protection Authority) website for new regulations and updates;
- Manage internal policies;
- Support trainings and internal communications;
- Manage Compliance and Privacy channels.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Law
- Additional courses: Compliance and Privacy/Personal Data
- Languages: Advanced English, intermediate Spanish
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Nice-to-have: Experience developing and delivering training, managing internal policies and/or a Code of Conduct, and experience with compliance/personal data programs or software
