Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Applied Mathematics, Engineering (Industrial, Systems, etc.), Actuarial Science, or related quantitative fields
- 8-15 years of proven and progressive experience in senior leadership or directorial positions in credit risk management, financial modeling, portfolio analysis, or equivalent roles within the Fintech, Banking, or Financial Institutions sector
