Responsibilities
Support Project teams by providing Project and administrative support across the project portfolio
Assist with back-office tasks relating to scheduling, reporting, and resource management
Work alongside Project Managers to support larger engagements

Scheduling and attending meetings
Project onboarding and ensuring pre-reqs are in place
Report creation and assistance
Client contact and light management including holiday cover assistance
Maintenance of Team sites and archiving of completed projects
Effective management of communications in line with agreed communications plan and Delivery Framework
Maintain updated versions of project artefacts, in line with agreed project methodology
Monitor, manage and communicate accurate resource forecasts for project planning and completion
Understanding and execution of deliverables – scope and change management
