About the role

Responsibilities
- Lead and support project teams within Supply Chain Management and Operations across digitalisation, automation, production network optimisation and product development.
- Lead cross-functional project teams to identify, design and implement solutions to complex project challenges.
- Implement and drive project management methods and best practices across operations.
- Prepare decision papers and provide clear reporting to the Steering Committee.
- Proactively support the operations in developing local masterplans, risk management solutions and in Capex planning and delivery.
- Develop comprehensive project and business plans to ensure the success of business-critical activities.
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.
- Several years’ experience in project management within a multinational company or from management consulting.
- Strong expertise in project management methods and frameworks.
- Solid management reporting and presentation skills.
- Excellent analytical skills with a structured, proactive and solution-oriented approach.
- A hands-on and collaborative team player with a communicative, open and friendly personality.
- Very good German and good English skills, spoken and written.
- Willingness to travel nationally and internationally as required by the projects.
