Project Manager for funding and sustainability in a family-run company supporting transformation projects. Collaborating with partners in research, healthcare, and gastronomy.
Responsibilities
You share responsibility for budget planning and control of the transformation project in coordination with project management and financial accounting
You are co-responsible for the financial processing of grants, including fund drawdowns, documentation, and submission via relevant federal platforms
You prepare interim and final usage reports as well as project-related accounting
You perform a project-supporting and coordinating function within the overall project
You are responsible for project monitoring as well as documentation and reporting for internal decision-making processes
You support the implementation of sustainability projects and the identification of suitable funding opportunities
Requirements
University degree in public administration, economics, social sciences or a comparable qualification required
Experience in project coordination and grant/funding management required
Knowledge of budget planning, budget control and financial project administration required
Confident user of MS Office is essential; experience with Profi-Online (portal for federal funding projects) or comparable systems is an advantage
Good written and spoken German and English required
Driving licence class B desirable for occasional business travel
