About the role
- Financial Controller responsible for Payment operations and staff management at Klüh Catering GmbH. Collaborating with various departments to ensure compliance and efficiency in Payment processes in Düsseldorf.
Responsibilities
- You advise Sales and Operations on all matters related to payment.
- You are responsible for the Payment function for the company in cooperation with the Finance and Accounting department of the holding company and with two regional staff members.
- You support operational colleagues with challenges related to POS systems, terminals, top-up devices, etc.
- Together with your team, you review compliance with procedural instructions related to payment.
- You report directly to the Commercial Managing Director and prepare documentation and proposals to further develop the Payment area.
Requirements
- A successfully completed degree (e.g., Business Administration, Economics, Financial Management, Controlling) or completed commercial vocational training (e.g., Office Management Clerk, Industrial Clerk, Bank Clerk) or a comparable qualification is required.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in a similar role and industry are required.
- Initial leadership experience is desirable.
- Excellent written and spoken German is essential for flawless internal and external communication.
- Strong MS Office skills are essential for, among other things, preparing statistics and templates.
