About the role
- Data Scientist creating AI solutions like Machine Learning and NLP for Klee Group. Joining a team focused on digital transformation and data strategy.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop and industrialize innovative AI solutions based on Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Generative AI, NLP and Multi-Agent architectures
- Contribute to interactions with business teams: scoping and analysis of their needs, feasibility assessments, participation in client workshops
- Ensure the methodological and technical quality of projects
- Participate in change management: deployment, training, and user support
- Advise and assist clients in identifying business cases, understanding their data assets, and implementing data governance
- Collaborate closely with Klee’s team of data scientists, data engineers and other specialists
- Keep up-to-date with technological developments in data science and AI
- Support commercial development activities: participation in pre-sales, cost estimates, pitches and demonstrations
Requirements
- Master’s degree (equivalent to Bac+5) or a PhD in Computer Science, AI, or a related field
- 3 to 8 years of experience in Machine Learning, NLP, Generative AI (LLMs, RAG), Statistical Analysis, Deep Learning, and building data pipelines for value extraction
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, GCP or Databricks is highly desirable
- Proficiency in Python and associated libraries (e.g., OpenAI, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-Learn, Pandas…)
- Knowledge of frameworks such as LangChain or LlamaIndex is a plus
- Familiarity with CI/CD and MLOps practices and related tools (e.g., Git, Jira, Terraform, Kubernetes)
- Certifications in AI tools are a plus
- Experience working on Agile projects
- Ability to collaborate in French and English (written and spoken)
