About the role
- Consultant Atlassian driving digital solutions and agile transformation for clients. Analyzing needs, implementing Atlassian tools, and mentoring junior consultants in hybrid roles.
Responsibilities
- Understand client needs and analyze/audit the current state (processes & tools)
- Design solutions: scoping, fit/gap analysis, facilitate client workshops
- Contribute to implementation: support installation and configuration of Atlassian suite tools, integrate and configure third-party tools and plugins
- Manage validation phases and production deployments
- Lead change management: rollout, training, and user support
- Audit and optimize existing processes and tools
- Advise and support clients on tooling and software development & project management practices (support for adopting Agile)
- Mentor and develop junior consultants within assignments and projects
- Support business development activities: participate in pre-sales, estimates, pitches, demonstrations, and runbacks of lessons learned
- Contribute to external communications: write blog articles, host webinars and present at conferences
- Help manage the relationship with the vendor (partnerships, training, certifications, commercial leads, tracking new releases, etc.)
- Participate in technology watch on the Atlassian ecosystem product range (vendor and partner products)
Requirements
- Project experience is desirable (as a developer and/or Product Owner (PO) and/or Scrum Master)
- A strong interest in consulting is a prerequisite, with a natural aptitude for client advisory
- Prior experience in consulting is a plus
