Responsibilities
You assume overall product responsibility for Beats Radio
Strategic and operational development and growth of the station
Content maintenance, structuring and quality control across all platforms
Further development of the on‑air design (sound design, packaging, promotions) in collaboration with creative and production teams
Planning and implementation of brand marketing activities on- and off‑air
Building and maintaining a network of artists, influencers and key multipliers/partners
Requirements
You understand the DNA of Beats Radio
Professional experience in product management for digital media (radio, streaming, audio) and a strong sense for the genre
Strong instinct for suitable artists – you know the scene, follow trends and can identify labels, producers and acts that fit Beats Radio
Experience with playlist tools and ideally with music planning software
Strong brand understanding and a good sense for target audiences
Team player, strong communicator and eagerness to shape a young brand
