Responsibilities
- Drafting and providing legal advice on contracts

Requirements
- Completion of both First and Second German State Law Examinations (Staatsexamen) is required
- At least 2–3 years of professional experience — preferably at an (international) commercial law firm or in the legal department of an international company
- Solid knowledge and experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex contracts
- You work precisely and coordinate independently with all stakeholders
- You proactively drive projects forward
- Negotiation-level English proficiency, both written and spoken
