About the role
- RTR Business Partner Controller in Bucharest handling finance business operations. Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance and efficiency in finance processes.
Responsibilities
- Handle the liaison between business stakeholders/BPO Accenture and the Bucharest team on certain topics: BS review in month end closing
- Ensure that the RTR team meets service levels outlined in SLAs and work with the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) provider to ensure that KPIs are delivered seamlessly
- Maintain the link between Internal Controls team and the RTR team (act as SPOC for reconciliation issues, audit issues, SOX issues)

- 1-3 years of experience in a related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Sense of urgency and ownership of resolution, meeting established performance objectives and customer commitments
