Responsibilities
- Responsible for providing third-level (Tier 3) support
- Design improvements by creating automation and developing new solutions at the code level
- Responsible for implementing integrations between tools
- Participate in incident and change management activities
- Responsible for producing post-mortems or root cause analyses (RCAs)
- Participate in Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings
- Ensure quality and security processes are followed
Requirements
- Postgraduate degree or specialization in technology, such as software development or related fields
- Experience in software development (.NET, C#, Flutter)
- Experience with solution deployment and installation
- Configuration experience with technologies such as .NET Core, OpenShift, API Gateway, SQL, PostgreSQL and SQL Management
- Experience handling complex incident and change management scenarios
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipeline processes
- Minimum of 6 years' experience working as a DevOps analyst
- Familiarity with frameworks and patterns such as Domain-Driven Design (DDD), CQRS (Command Query Responsibility Segregation), BDD (Behavior-Driven Development), or TDD (Test-Driven Development)
