About the role
- Purchasing specialist for building technology working in a hybrid setting in Munich. Engaging in the entire procurement process and collaborating with teams in a supportive environment.
Responsibilities
- Abwicklung des gesamten Einkaufsprozesses von Material und Dienstleistung
- Durchführung aller relevanten Prozessschritte von der Angebotsanfrage bis zur Prüfung der Auftragsbestätigung
- Vorbereitung und Ausgestaltung von Vertragsverhandlungen für Projekte und Rahmenaufträge
- Erstellung und Bewertung der Preisspiegel
- Akquise neuer Lieferanten zur Sicherstellung von Qualität und Kostenoptimierung
- Bewertung der Lieferanten im Lieferantenportal sowie Lieferantenauswahl
- Terminverfolgung und Klärung von Reklamation
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den relevanten kaufmännischen und technischen Fachabteilungen
Requirements
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische bzw. technische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Berufserfahrung im Einkaufsbereich des Bausektors
- Praxiserfahrung mit dem BGB, VOB sowie Vertrags- und Vergaberecht
- Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse, erste SAP-Kenntnisse und sicherer Umgang mit einschlägigen ERP-Systemen
- Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse
- Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Strukturierte, selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
