Responsibilities
Perform service calls, commissioning and technical support for AMRs and tugger trains (tow trains) nationally and internationally
Diagnose technical faults and carry out maintenance work
Perform calibrations and tests to ensure vehicle readiness
Conduct training for end users and service personnel
Requirements
Technical vocational training (e.g., industrial mechatronics technician, electronics technician) or equivalent qualification
Initial experience in related industries is a plus
Willingness to travel frequently (approx. 75%)
Service-oriented mindset and strong communication skills
High sense of responsibility and a structured, independent working style
Good written and spoken German and English skills
