Product Analyst for Jungheinrich analyzing product engagement and customer feedback. Defining metrics and creating dashboards to improve operational efficiency in warehouse and logistics systems.
Responsibilities
Understand Product, Business & Customer Behavior: Analyze and combine product engagement, financial KPIs and customer feedback to uncover what’s working, what’s not and what can be improved to further drive our success - across digital tools, systems and service touchpoints.
Track What Matters (KPIs & Metrics): Define, monitor and refine KPIs at both the company and team level. Support strategic alignment by measuring what drives performance.
Challenge the Status Quo with Data: Carry out exploratory, status-quo analyses that raise important questions - even when no one explicitly asked for it.
Create Clear Dashboards & Stories: Build dashboards that are easy to read and act on. Present your findings in a way that informs and influences - not just reports.
Build on What Already Exists: Review and leverage existing analyses and tools available within our company to avoid duplication and build on what is already working.
Analyze and Improve Operational Efficiency: Link process data with internal feedback to explore how we work - and how to work better. Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies or patterns worth addressing.
