About the role
- Software Developer working on GREYHOUND server enhancements for customer service solutions. Collaborating in a proactive team focused on innovative features and technologies.
Responsibilities
- Further development of the GREYHOUND Server, a modern SaaS solution for customer service and document management.
- Responsibility for stable, high-performance and maintainable Delphi components (Delphi 12).
- Development of new features in areas such as telephony integration, AI capabilities, workflows, or archiving.
- Close collaboration with other developers and product management.
- Support for replacing the current customer portal as part of a replatforming project and assistance with smaller customizations.
Requirements
- Ideally, prior experience in the e-commerce sector or a strong interest in it.
- Solid professional experience as a developer.
- Experience with common programming languages such as C#, Java, Python, Delphi, and PHP 8.x.
- Preferably experience in developing complex systems with Delphi.
- Interest in new technologies and topics such as AI, Cloud, Microservices, or integrations in the customer service context.
- Ability to work independently and responsibly while maintaining a team-oriented mindset.
- Very good German language skills (at least C1) and good spoken and written English.
- Willingness to work on-site at our Melle location 1–2 times per week.
