Delphi Softwareentwickler developing SaaS solutions for customer service. Collaborating in a small team to strengthen the GREYHOUND platform and enhance the customer service experience.
Responsibilities
You will contribute to the ongoing development of the GREYHOUND Server, a modern SaaS solution for customer service and document management that is operated and managed fully automatically.
You will take responsibility for stable, high-performance, and maintainable Delphi components (Delphi 12) within a technically excellent codebase.
You will develop new features that further strengthen our positioning in customer service and document management — e.g., in areas such as telephony integration, AI features, workflows, or archiving.
You will work closely with other developers and product management to design architecturally clean and future-proof solutions.
You will support the gradual replacement of the current customer center as part of a replatforming project and assist with smaller adjustments (e.g., to sales products, hosting provisioning, or cloud transformation).
You will work independently and solution-focused in a small, efficient team with flat hierarchies and significant room for initiative.
Requirements
Ideally you already have experience in the e‑commerce sector or a strong interest in it.
You bring solid professional experience as a developer and with the Delphi programming language and PHP 8.x.
You should have experience developing complex systems with Delphi.
You are interested in new technologies and topics such as AI, Cloud, Microservices, or integrations in a customer service context.
You enjoy working independently and responsibly while maintaining a strong team mindset.
You are willing to work on-site at our Melle location twice a week.
You have very good German skills (at least C1) and good English skills, both written and spoken.
