- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements
- Prioritize development tasks based on business value
- Work closely with engineers to deliver high-quality software in iterative cycles
- Own, refine, and prioritize the product backlog
- Translate complex business requirements into detailed user stories
- Act as the primary point of contact for the North America Salesforce IT team
- Partner with business Product Owner to define the roadmap
- Continuously evaluate progress and analyze performance metrics
- Design long term scalable solutions to prevent technical debt
- Maintain the structural health of the org
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 8 +years of experience in Agile product management or as a technical business analyst/technical architect.
- 5+ years of experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud
- Deep understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and familiarity with tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, or Trello.
- Exceptional communication, analytical thinking, and the ability to say "No" to low-value stakeholder requests while maintaining professional relationships.
- Proven ability to design enterprise-level implementations and manage complex integrations using middleware or APIs.
- Experience leading Scrum ceremonies and managing backlogs in tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
- Certified Scrum Product Owner or SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager AND Salesforce certifications such as Sales Cloud Consultant or Application/System Architect.
