About the role
- Senior Director leading global R&D Procurement strategies at Johnson & Johnson. Collaborating with R&D leadership to align activities and ensure successful outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Ensuring Procurement organization delivers results in support of JJIM's R&D strategy and objectives
- Work directly with R&D senior leadership team, business leaders, and regional finance director to align Procurement’s activities
- Lead operational execution of R&D categories and their respective strategies globally for the JJIM business
- Partner with respective category leaders to devise Procurement strategies
- Identify industry trends to build into category strategies
- Lead and develop the R&D Agile Team
- Lead strategic negotiations for owned categories
- Be the Business Engagement Leader with specific R&D senior leaders
- Participate in JJIM R&D Procurement Leadership Team
- Shape performance targets and ensure target achievement
- Sponsor JJIM Procurement initiatives as member of ELT
Requirements
