Requirements
- Degree in architecture, civil engineering or a comparable qualification
- Several years (min. 3 years) of professional experience coordinating complex construction projects, ideally in the hospital or healthcare sector
- Solid knowledge of AHO booklet No. 9, HOAI, VOB, procurement law and building regulations
- Strong organizational and communication skills and excellent German language skills (C1 level)
- Confident use of MS Office applications
- Assertiveness, a strong sense of responsibility and a structured way of working
- Willingness to travel as required by construction projects
