Responsibilities
Project leadership and management of new-build and refurbishment projects in a hospital environment
Project planning, cost and schedule control, and quality assurance
Preparing reports and decision papers
Interface management between internal departments and external architects, planning offices, authorities and contractors
Supporting public tenders and negotiated/direct award procedures, including negotiation processes
Risk management and development of appropriate measures to secure project delivery
Ensuring compliance with all relevant standards, guidelines and legal requirements
Managing project communication and regular reporting to the Head of Construction and Technical Services
Requirements
Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or an equivalent qualification
Several years (min. 3 years) of professional experience coordinating complex construction projects, ideally in the hospital or healthcare sector
Sound knowledge of AHO Heft Nr. 9, HOAI, VOB, procurement law and building law requirements
Strong organizational and communication skills and very good German language skills (level C1)
Proficient user of MS Office applications
Assertiveness, sense of responsibility and a structured working approach
Willingness to travel as required by construction projects
