Requirements
- Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or an equivalent qualification
- Several years (min. 3 years) of professional experience coordinating complex construction projects, ideally in the hospital or healthcare sector
- Sound knowledge of AHO Heft Nr. 9, HOAI, VOB, procurement law and building law requirements
- Strong organizational and communication skills and very good German language skills (level C1)
- Proficient user of MS Office applications
- Assertiveness, sense of responsibility and a structured working approach
- Willingness to travel as required by construction projects
