- Lead and manage new construction and renovation projects in clinical and hospital environments
- Project planning, cost and schedule monitoring, and quality assurance
- Prepare reports and decision papers

- Support public and direct-award procurements with negotiated procedures
- Risk management and development of appropriate measures to safeguard projects
- Ensure compliance with all relevant standards, guidelines and legal requirements
- Manage project communication and provide regular reporting to the Head of Construction and Technical Services
Requirements
- Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a comparable qualification
- Several years (minimum 3 years) of professional experience coordinating complex construction projects, ideally in the hospital or healthcare sector
- Solid knowledge of AHO booklet no. 9, HOAI, VOB, public procurement law (Vergaberecht) and building law requirements
- Strong organizational and communication skills and very good German language skills (CEFR C1)
- Confident user of MS Office applications
- Assertiveness, a strong sense of responsibility and a structured approach to work
- Willingness to travel as required by construction projects
