Service Design Lead overseeing payment system services at TfL. Supporting product managers and ensuring successful transition of changes into operation with compliance and assurance.
Responsibilities
Manage new or changed payment Services
Support Product and Project Managers establishing non-functional requirements
Assure delivery of the change throughout the project gateway processes
Work closely with a Transition Lead for design transition to live operation
Shape design and development of solutions with a service operation viewpoint
Document non-functional service requirements and service acceptance criteria
Ensure compliance with technical and operational documentation requirements
Communicate and present projects to a range of stakeholders
Requirements
Successful background in a service design role
Extensive infrastructure knowledge and experience
Degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant subject area is desirable
ITIL qualified practitioner, intermediate to expert
Experience in managing technical changes and documenting non-functional requirements
Understanding of payment and IT System security and compliance
Analysis of complex business/technical problems and synthesis of solutions
Ability to collaborate with all development, client, and project management teams
