- Foster a culture of performance and security
- Work across the entire product lifecycle to streamline end-to-end deliveries
- Automate CI/CD pipelines and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
- Ensure high resilience of deployed solutions
- Integrate security from the first lines of code (Security by Design)
- Implement automated scans and manage vulnerability remediation
- Equip teams with tools to increase their autonomy
- Implement fine-grained observability (logs, dashboards, DORA metrics)
- Actively participate in continuous improvement through self-diagnostics and gamedays
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in DevOps or Cloud engineering
- Proficient in automation pipelines and deployment strategies (Blue/Green, Canary)
- Strong 'Security First' mindset and vulnerability management
- Scripting expertise (Python, Go, or Bash) and cloud infrastructure management
- Ability to monitor performance and clearly explain technical issues to Product Owners and developers
- Familiar with Agile methodologies and continuous improvement practices (post-mortems, lessons learned)
