Responsibilities
Manage, build and maintain a strong relationship with a portfolio of clients
Perform general corporate administration duties and assist with compliance issues, including the collection of CDD as part of the KYC procedures
Prepare corporate documents for review and coordinate their signing and filing
Prepare and submit documentation for company registrations and structural changes, such as share transfers and director updates
Ensure compliance with deadlines for filing annual returns, BO confirmations, and other statutory forms
Assist with client bank account openings, liaise with banks, and attend meetings to offer administrative support
Communicating with other departments within the company and ensure smooth service delivery
Collaborate with MFSA, MBR and other authorities
Requirements
Formal tertiary level of education in a related field
2+ years of experience in a corporate administration role in Malta - non-negotiable
Excellent English communication skills at a C2/native level both written and spoken
Strong knowledge in Microsoft Office
Multitasker with the ability to work in a fast paced environment
Acts with integrity and professionalism while handling sensitive information
