About the role
- DevOps Engineer responsible for cloud product delivery, platform reliability, and using AI tools in DevOps workflows. Building CI/CD pipelines and optimizing container workloads for security and performance.
Responsibilities
- Own and improve CI/CD pipelines in GitLab
- Build and maintain Kubernetes deployment workflows using GitOps with ArgoCD
- Operate and optimize containerized workloads across test and production environments
- Monitor observability in Grafana, including dashboards, alerting, and SLOs
- Strengthen security around secrets management, runtime access, and service-to-service communication
- Drive incident readiness, troubleshooting, and post-incident improvements
- Partner with engineering teams to improve developer experience and release confidence
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering
- Proven production experience with Docker, Kubernetes, GitLab CI/CD, and ArgoCD
- Strong networking fundamentals and troubleshooting skills
- Comfortable with secrets and configuration management
- Prefer automation by default and think pragmatically about what to improve next
- Can demonstrate how you use AI tools effectively in daily workflow
