About the role
- Technology Analyst Intern supporting JLL's commercial real estate technology solutions. Involves auditing, visualizing data, and collaborating with technology teams to enhance reporting tools.
Responsibilities
- Support the Account Technology Team in process overviews, technology system audits, and data reviews.
- Create high-level technology visuals and work on process documentation updates
- Collaborate with team to develop and refresh various reporting tools such as, MS PowerPoint documents, MS SharePoint pages, and Smartsheet reports
- Assist in aligning our account technology strategy and delivery teams, providing a holistic perspective into CRE technology.
Requirements
- Actively pursuing a bachelor’s degree, with 2-3 years completed majoring in any field.
- General understanding of technology with an undergrad focus on data or technology.
- Experience with Microsoft office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Exposure to reporting and data visualization tools
- Balance of analytical/quantitative skills and communication/interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to self-motivate, creatively problem solve, and independently seek out information and answers
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, problem-solving and organizational skills
- Understands sense of urgency, upholds swift response times
- Ability to work as a team player
- Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize
- Extremely detail-oriented
