About the role

  • Synthetic Training Devices Analyst managing loitering munitions and modular mission payload programs. Providing analysis and coordination with multiple stakeholders to support the Deputy Chief of Staff, Army.

Responsibilities

  • Manages loitering munitions and modular mission payload programs
  • Providing technical analysis on mission employment, payload interoperability, targeting integration, and sustainment
  • Develops information papers, briefings, and SPAR/POM inputs addressing performance, affordability, operational risk, legal/safety considerations, and industrial base impacts
  • Coordinates with ASA(ALT), T2COM, ARSTAF, Program Managers, and legal/safety stakeholders to align payload modularity, integration standards, and fielding strategies

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and/or Business
  • A minimum of four (4) years of experience and expertise in Force Development duties
  • Demonstrates expert analytical and technical skills in synthetic training devices, immersive simulation, and virtual/constructive training environments
  • Proficient in assessing interoperability, fidelity, training effectiveness, and lifecycle cost to inform modernization and fielding decisions
  • Possesses strong systems-integration, data-analysis, and communication abilities to produce clear, evidence-based recommendations that improve readiness and training outcomes
