- This includes collaborating with cross-functional teams (NPD, Design, Engineering, Manufacturing) to resolve technical feasibility, design optimization, and production issues.
- Additionally, you will ensure that marketing and promotional materials accurately reflect product specifications, while identifying opportunities for cost reductions, price increases, and margin improvements.
- This full-life cycle product management role will require you to monitor industry developments, evaluate the existing product portfolio, and identify new product opportunities.
- You will also be a key liaison between the product, marketing, sales, and finance teams to ensure alignment across all departments.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (B.A or B.S.) from a 4-year college or University in related field.
- 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager with a strong engineering mindset and proven collaboration skills with cross-functional teams, including Engineering and Manufacturing.
- Experience in manufacturing luxury goods or higher price point items, with a strong understanding of the manufacturing processes, quality control, and customer expectations for premium products.
- Strong financial and analytical skills, with the ability to conduct performance reporting, profitability analysis, and market research (competitor, sales data).
- Proven experience managing multiple products and projects, with a strong ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage competing interests.
- A customer-focused mindset, with the ability to act on customer feedback and ensure product relevancy.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to confidently collaborate with suppliers, regional managers, and internal stakeholders.
