Responsibilities
As a Corporate Education Analyst, you will play a leading role in advancing corporate education, designing onboarding journeys (iuguers/third parties) and knowledge management.
You will be responsible for turning educational data into insights, supporting Training & Development (T&D) decisions, integrating business areas, and driving innovation through personalized learning paths that increase the impact and engagement of learning.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in fields such as Education (Pedagogy), Psychology, Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Science or related areas;
Experience in Corporate Education or Training & Development, with responsibility for designing learning pathways (in-person or hybrid);
Practical experience with learning data, learning analytics and using metrics to support strategic decisions;
Knowledge of instructional design, learning journey architecture and employee experience;
Experience administering LMS/LXP platforms and managing the user experience;
Familiarity with tools such as Power BI, Excel, Google Workspace, Notion, etc.;
Interest in and practical use of Artificial Intelligence (generative and predictive) applied to education, personalization of learning paths and process automation.
