Responsibilities
Designing and developing new features for our e‑commerce system following common design patterns and coding principles
Integration and/or unit tests to ensure code quality
(Further) development of existing functionalities
Code refactoring for continuous software optimization
Active participation in daily stand-ups, code reviews and pull requests
Requirements
Relevant completed vocational training or a degree (e.g. Business Informatics); alternatively several years of professional experience in web development
Strong experience in web development (PHP, JavaScript, MySQL, HTML, CSS); experience with PHP frameworks such as Symfony or Laravel is desirable
Bonus points for experience with common test frameworks, e‑commerce systems, or other technologies such as Linux, Docker, Confluence or Azure DevOps
Soft skills: analytical thinking, independent and solution‑oriented working style
