About the role
- Housing Stabilization Sector Manager overseeing planning and implementation of housing programs at IRCO. Leading and managing staff to ensure high quality services and compliance with awards in Portland.
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee planning and implementation of housing programs, including development of a comprehensive service model and engagement with local service providers and partners.
- Oversee daily program operations and ensure high quality service delivery to meet all objectives stipulated by the housing awards
- Coordinate with funders, networks, and partners in the provision of services to clients.
- Conduct regular program reviews and periodic participant casefile reviews to improve efficiency and ensure compliance with award requirements and best practices.
- Manage program budgets and track expenses.
Requirements
- English fluency required; bilingual fluency preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
- Minimum five years’ experience managing rapid rehousing, permanent supportive housing (PSH), and/or transitional housing in a nonprofit, governmental, or private sector setting
- Oregon Domestic Violence Advocate Certification
- Must be able to pass extensive Background Check
