- Collaborate with team members to develop standardized reporting templates and dashboards to streamline data presentation.
- Participate in the documentation of processes and best practices to enhance team efficiency.
- Report and dashboard creation: Design, build, and maintain dynamic dashboards and reports to visualize key performance indicators and present findings clearly.
- Automation: Develop and implement VBA macros and other scripts to automate repetitive tasks and streamline reporting processes.
- Data management: Use tools to clean, transform, and consolidate large datasets, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide solutions that support business strategies.
- Problem-solving: Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues within spreadsheets and data models.
- Documentation and support: Document processes, best practices, and provide training to other users.
Requirements
- Comprehensive understanding of Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, data visualization tools and building dashboards
- Experience with creating end user reports from complex Excel datasets
- Knowledge of automation tools like VBA and Power Query
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience with data validation and data integrity checks
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately
- Ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment while maintaining high standards of accountability
