- Senior Legal Expert providing legal advice to Steag Iqony Group's operational units. Ensuring compliance with energy laws and supporting legal negotiations and disputes.
Responsibilities
- Beratung aller operativ tätigen Gesellschaften und Geschäftsbereiche der Steag Iqony Group

- Begleitung von Vertragsverhandlungen und Erstellen von Verträgen
- Begleitung von Rechtsstreitigkeiten
- Auswahl von und Zusammenarbeit mit Rechtsanwaltskanzleien
Requirements
- Volljurist/-in (d.h. 2. Staatsexamen) mit mindestens 5 Jahren Berufserfahrung
- Kenntnisse im Wärme- und Energierecht, Leitungs- und Wegerecht sowie allgemeinem Zivil- und Wirtschaftsrecht
- Interesse an und Verständnis für betriebswirtschaftliche und technische Zusammenhänge
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Schnelles Verständnis komplexer Zusammenhänge sowie vernetztes Denken
