Responsibilities
Implement the IPM Supply System in municipal public bodies, following business rules and client requirements - tenders, procurement, contracts, warehouse, asset management, fleet;
Analyze processes and system functionalities, identifying improvements and adjustments;
Configure the system according to gathered requirements, ensuring data quality and security;
Provide training to system users, guiding them on operations and available functionalities;
Monitor the implementation process, troubleshooting issues and answering questions.
Requirements
Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or Information Systems;
Experience with public tenders and procurement, typically involving work in the public sector or in companies that handle tenders;
Comfortable with technology;
Availability for frequent travel.
